We manufacture the tradional type extruder and advanced pin type extruder. They are all high quality but lower price products.
It was designed with the introduced technology of advanced conutries and the improvement experience of using extruder so many years.
It was made by imported materials from advanced countries.
The machininged parts and heat-treatment parts are processed by advanced countries' equipments.
The hopper except attached with a feed roll, there is a special design to controll the feeding tension of the slab for abtaining more higher steadiability of extrusion.
The thermostatic system was designed with close-loop soft water circulating system, which can save soft water.
The every kind of extrusion head was actuated by fully hydraulic power system for conveniently changing the dies and cleaning.
