It is a full hydraulic curing press, available for curing radial tires and bias tires. |
|
It gets a simple sturcture, and combining with the linear bear, which makes the machine getting high precision demand. |
|
The special designed hydraulic cylinder can avoid the out-material scraping the surface of piston rod, Cylinder liner and packings for preventing oil laekage. |
|
The drilled platen can make the temperature around the platen evenly, and makes the platen getting high rigidy without deformation. |
|
The condenswater drainde by temperature control method, which makes the platen always holding in presetted curing temperature, no more reduce down. |
|
The center post cylinder is used hydraulic cylinder, which keeps the cylinder away from leakage and damage. And without changing spacer it can be preset the stroke by a digutal controller. |
|
Excepting the curing main body, it can provide loader, unloader and P.C.I. device for full auto curing operation. |
|
The loader device acted by hydraulic system, which gets steady actualion and excellent precision. Its stroke of life and down can be preset by digital. |
|
It is controlled by PLC, the whole curing condition are preset in the PLC, which makes the size change very quickly and without mistake. |
|
It can operate in single cavity just by turning a switch, without manual adjustment or closing interrelated valves. |
