PREFACE :
The bead wire has the function to form and bound the tire’s outline when inflated . Besides, through the bounding and strength of the rim, it becomes to operate loading effect. Under the vehicle was loaded and ran in high speed, it is very dangerous if there were not suitable dimension between bead wire and rim . So that, the high level tire production factories are paying close attention to the properties of the bead wire and rim.
Although the tire makers have the knowledge or the equipment to measure the bead wire’s length , the measured data might be different due to manual mistake . Therefore, a high precise and steady measuring equipment is necessary .

- It can be set with different but steady measuring-tension according to the tire’s load range and
eliminate the factor of different measurement of soft wire.
- Its mechanism has high rigidity, so that it can eliminate the error which was caused by flexible strain during measuring, and it can make the measuring accuracy steady and dependable .
- It uses high accuracy electron measuring element to examine the quantity of displacement of the
mold plate and to expand the quantity, then through the calculating system, finally showing the actual bead wire’s inner circle length on the display .
