1. This extruder is fabricated and designed by our much using and improvement experience in site work and combining with the advanced techniques .
   
   
2. The screw and barrel were made of European or Japanese alloy steel, and were fabricated by precisions machining and complete heat-treatment. And also it can weld wear resisting alloy steel process on the surface of flight top .
   
   
3. The gear reducer was imported from Europe or Japan, got very low noice and very long service life.
   
   
4. All of extruder be mounted on high rigid common bed for keeping high precision in long terms and easily installed at site.
   
   
5. The special designed water jacket gets excellent heat exchanging efficiency.
   
   
6. The feeding roller be designed to prevent the rubber getting into the bearings.
   
   
7. The T.C.U. was close loop water circulation system, which gets no loss on soft water and no scale in the system.
   
   
8. We can provide many different extrusion heads for suiting different products.
